Terms & Conditions for okpo — Bangladesh's Trusted Betting Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the okpo website accessible at https://okpo.io and all associated sub-pages, products, and services offered therein.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the okpo Platform or who accesses any portion of the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the okpo Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive granted by okpo to a Player, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wallet" means the single BDT account balance maintained by okpo on behalf of each registered Player, from which all bets are deducted and to which all winnings are credited.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by okpo before a Player may make a withdrawal or access certain platform features.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions as being forbidden on the Platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond okpo's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okpo Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the okpo Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In the absence of such authority, you accept these terms in your individual capacity.

okpo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the okpo Platform, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. okpo strictly enforces this age restriction and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform.
• You are acting as a private individual in your own name and not in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with okpo or any other gambling platform.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, contractor, agent, or other person professionally connected with okpo or any of its affiliated entities, and you are not a close family member of any such person, where such connection would give rise to a potential conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an okpo account suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these terms.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okpo Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or otherwise — constitutes a material breach of these terms. okpo may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, false name, or false mobile number — constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any promotional balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. okpo will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okpo immediately at [email protected]. okpo may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

okpo may at any time, and will in all cases before processing a withdrawal exceeding the standard verification threshold, require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by okpo may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your okpo Wallet must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. okpo accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your BDT Wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

okpo does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account not registered in the Player's own name, the deposit may be reversed and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed by the okpo finance team during business hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable KYC status.

okpo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding balance is eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the okpo Platform — deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and refunds — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okpo does not offer currency conversion and does not hold funds in any currency other than BDT.

5.4 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your Wallet, okpo reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds credited as a result of that error. You are obligated to notify okpo if you become aware of any error in your account balance.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on the okpo sportsbook are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including the event, selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming placement. okpo does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. okpo reserves the right to suspend any market without notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event in question has been compromised, or if a technical issue affects the accuracy of the odds displayed.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in any of the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the event is suspended and cannot be completed; the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error; or the bet is found to be in breach of okpo's fair play rules. Void bets are settled at the stake amount (i.e., the original stake is returned to the Player's Wallet).

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. okpo reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player account without prior notice where okpo has reasonable grounds to do so.

6.5 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay in bet acceptance due to the real-time nature of live sporting events. A bet placed in-play will be rejected if the relevant event outcome has already been determined by the time the bet acceptance process is completed.

Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the okpo Platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

okpo does not modify the RTP (Return to Player) rates, house edge, or game logic of any third-party game. All games use certified random number generators and are subject to independent testing by their respective providers.

In the event of a disconnection during an active casino game round, the game will be resolved according to the outcome determined at the time of disconnection. okpo is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the okpo Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Wallet carry wagering requirements which must be met before any portion of the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) is eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately; real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to applicable KYC requirements, but doing so before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility

okpo reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any particular promotion. Promotional offers may be restricted to first-time depositors, to Players in particular account standing, or to Players using specific payment methods. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other Players to exploit wagering requirements — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9 and will result in account suspension.

8.4 Withdrawal of Promotions

okpo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Any promotion that has already been credited to a Player's account at the time of withdrawal will continue to be governed by the terms under which it was originally granted.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okpo Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money funds where lawfully permissible), and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds to or withdraw funds from your account.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share strategy in real time to exploit live dealer games, or engage in any form of team play in games where such conduct constitutes an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets, exploit system delays, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting manifest errors in odds, game outcomes, or account balances — including "palpable error" odds that are clearly displayed at incorrect values due to a system fault.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies using okpo promotional funds.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any okpo support team member or other Platform user.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okpo Platform — including but not limited to the okpo brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, photographs, video content, software, data compilations, and any other material — is the property of okpo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as granting you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of okpo.

The names and logos of third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment partners (including bKash and Nagad) are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any endorsement of okpo by those parties beyond the scope of their existing commercial relationships.

Limitation of Liability

The okpo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okpo takes all reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and accuracy, okpo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okpo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Any loss arising from events of Force Majeure beyond okpo's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers or game studios.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit okpo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Privacy & Data Protection

okpo's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the okpo Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at okpo.io/privacy-policy.

By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to okpo's legal obligations to retain certain records.

okpo does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification providers) strictly as necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

okpo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. All Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, daily loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected. okpo will use all reasonable technical measures to prevent a self-excluded Player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the okpo Platform, okpo encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

okpo is committed to handling all Player complaints fairly and promptly. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. okpo will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 3 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
